1. In a pot over low heat, add Black Mole and water. Cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Set aside.
2. In a pan over medium heat, sauté chorizo for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add potatoes and a little bit of Black Mole, and cook for 3 more minutes. Set aside.
3. Spoon telera rolls with Black Mole and fry in a pan for 2 minutes per side.
