1. In a stock pot, add plenty of water, chicken drumsticks, chicken thighs, garlic, onion, celery, cilantro, and salt. Cook for 25 minutes and remove chicken. Set 3 cups of chicken broth aside.
2. In a pot over medium heat, add Mi Mole® Oaxacan Red Mole and slowly pour in the chicken broth. Stir until mole is dissolved and season with salt. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat for 15 minutes. Return chicken and cook for 5 more minutes.
3. Serve chicken with red mole garnished with sesame seeds and with Mexican red rice and tortillas on the side.
