When Do My Digital Coupons Expire?
Digital check cashing coupons are valid for one year from the date of issue. If you have multiple coupons, the system will automatically redeem the oldest coupon first.
How Many Times Can I Use My Digital Coupons?
Each digital check cashing coupon can be used only once.
Who Can Use My Digital Coupons?
The coupons are for your personal use only. They cannot be shared, sold, or exchanged for cash or other products/services.
Where Can I Use My Digital Coupons?
You can use your digital check cashing coupons in-store only at the Grocery Checkout Lanes in any Northgate Gonzalez Market. Coupons cannot be used with DoorDash, Instacart, or other surrogate shopping services.
Do I Need to Spend a Minimum Amount?
Yes! You can use one digital check cashing coupon for every $10 spent on eligible products. Please note: Excluded items (see above) do not count toward your total.
Do My Digital Coupons Have Any Additional Restrictions?
Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated. Coupons cannot be used for prior purchases or after a purchase has been completed.
What Happens If My Digital Coupons Are Lost or Stolen?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of digital check cashing coupons. The value of the coupons cannot be restored. If you experience issues, notify us within 30 days of the incident.
Do My Digital Coupons Have a Cash Value?
Coupons cannot be purchased or exchanged for cash. Unused portions of coupons will not be refunded or credited.
Preventing Misuse
To ensure fairness, attempts to alter, duplicate, or misuse coupons will result in: Voiding the coupons Voiding the Mi Familia card If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honor the card.
Refunds and Returns
If you return items purchased with a coupon, the coupon’s value will not be refunded or credited. Refunds will be based on the amount paid after applying the coupon.

Northgate Gonzalez Market may update, change, or terminate the Mi Familia digital check cashing coupon program and its terms at any time without prior notice. Limited Availability Coupons are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit their distribution or issuance.
