Ingredientes

2 lbs Northgate® Market Strawberry Masa
4 tbsp Chocolate sprinkles
c/n Corn husks (soaked)
c/n Gansitos
c/n Pecan atole

Direcciones

1. Mix Northgate® Market Strawberry Masa with chocolate sprinkles.
2. Spread a portion of Northgate® Market Strawberry Masa on a corn husk, add a Gansito, and wrap. Repeat the same process until you’re done with the dough.
3. Put the tamales in a steam cooker and cook for 40 minutes. Serve with a cup of pecan atole.
